Filter call-recordings of IN-GROUP and CAMPAIGN

I want to group callrecordings based on the IN-GROUP and also on CAMPAIGN.
This is because our clients want to access their callrecordings.
How we do it now is to make the agents log-in to static phones (so every time the same phone).
We filter the call-recordings based on the users extension.
So basically we write the audio to an archive NAS which has an interface to access the recordings.
Did anyone do it differently?
I'm using vicidial 2.7
