vicidial.org

I was just looking over the vicidial_log and noticed that all my calls with called count 0 have the AA status. What is the reasoning behind this? We called them, it was determined it was an answering machine. Shouldn't that be called count 1?

I would suggest upgrading and testing again. This may have been fixed in the last 18 months since your system was last upgraded.
