ring at agent console

hi all
i want to configure ring at agent console or soft phone so agent has the option to answer the call.

plese heip me to do the configuraton

Already available, that's the On-Hook agent phone option.

most people here use X-lite , Eyebeam, Zoiper, if are running on linux you check out Ekiga

by configuring on hook phone feature... the call comes in queue

here i want that agent will hear the ring of soft phone when call comes to his desk and by pressing the answer button he will able to answer the call.
just want to alert agent or worker that the call is coming on his soft phone or sip phone. if the agent or worker hears the ring sound then he will be alert to take call by pressing answer button of soft phone or releasing the reciver of sip phone.

please help to solve this

Hi Gaurav,
its a simple but it will works only on INBOUND calls.
when inbound calls comes automatically soft-phone(X-lite,3cx phone, ibeam & etc) will rings, so that agent also can here the sound.

Here the settings.. phone-> On-Hook Agent-> make it Y.
login now and you won't get the "You are the only person in the conference " sound.

by configuring above settings.... the calls are coming in queue in vicidial agent console.....the calls are not able to land at agents phone....the call are only coming in queue....
please help to provide me the configuration in details

Hi gaurav,
please paste yous details configuration and which soft-phone you are using?
you can see the call queue in agent screen but if you enable On-Hook agent option in phone, the soft-phone will ring.

while login you won't get the sound "You are the only person in the conference ".

make sure that particular agent selected the INGROUP in which the inbound call is pointed.
