vtigercrm integration with vicidial

Hello Everyone,

I install vicidial using iso ViciBox5.i686-5.0.3.preload and fallowed cluster install. my vicidial VERSION: 2.10-448a
BUILD: 140706-0927. please let me know if any other information is required.

i want to integrate vtiger510 with vicidial for which i fallow fallowing step:

* create database vtigercrm510.
then go to srv/www/htdocs

* download and extract vtigercrm-5.1.0.tar.gz
* browse http://192.168.1.15/vtigercrm/index.php and fill the value.
* in system configuration set the database host to: 192.168.1.15 (which is my server ip)
* database user/pass: vtiger/vtuser
* database name: vtigercrm510
* changed default admin(vtadmin) and standarduser(vtuser) passwords
then follow the on-screen instructions and install the vtiger crm successfully.
up to this every thing is working, i able to login vtiger crm by using url http://192.168.1.15/vtigercrm

now i download patch file Vtiger510_vicidial_002_noclose.patch in /srv/www/htdocs/vtigercrm and patch it.

then i go to Admin-> System Settings and set the value
Enable Vtiger Integration: 1
Vtiger DB Server IP: 192.169.1.15
Vtiger DB Name: vtigercrm510
Vtiger DB Login: vtiger
Vtiger DB Password: vtuser
Vtiger URL: 192.168.1.15/vtigercrm and click submit.

After that when i click to the link Click here to Synchronize users with Vtiger a new tab is open with url http://192.168.1.15/vicidial/vtiger_user.php but nothing is synchronize, new tab remains blank,no error message,not any type of message.

please help me to solve this problem,i tried several things but not able to find out the problem.for the integration i took help from http://www.eflo.net/VICIDIALforum/viewtopic.php?t=8779 url.

its such a shame vicidial and vtigercrm have been unsupported for to long now we more ppl like you wanting to now how its dun as its not ezy thing to do an to meney other options to take so witch is right.........soon as i no ill do a full vici vtiger step by step integration happy hunting
