My Configration is :
ViciBox5.i686-5.0.3.preload |VERSION: 2.10-448a BUILD: 140706-0927 | asterisk-1.8.3 | Single Server |4 port allo gsm card | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3450 CPU @ 3.10GHz

I install vicidal software which is working perfectally. my soft phone(X-lite) is configured well, i am able to make inbound ,outbound call.

i want to connect my office desk phone to vicidial so that i able to make call/recive from my desk phone.(not soft phone)

i am new to this, i don't even know the hardware requirement for these.
some one please help me to know what are the requirement and how it will done.

Is this a SIP based VOIP phone or an actual analogue/digital telephone?

acctually its analogue telephone.

There's two ways of doing this. You can either add a phone of type = EXTERNAL or you can use the Remote agent functionality.

you need a analog card(FXS) or a analog gateway(FXS gateway) to connect your analog phones as an extension with vicidial server.

How many analog phones you are going to connect?

analog cards comes in 4port ,8port, 24port from makers like digium, sangoma .

analog gateways comes in 1 , 2 ,4 ,8 ,16 ,24 , even 50 ports from vendors like grandstream,sangoma,matrix,audio codecs.

or better option is to buy a IPPhone .

first of all thank you striker for reply.
analog card is sounding good to me but i am not getting the scenario how it works.is it the way i am thinking ?
fxs card is connected to my server and if i have 20 analog phone then all the analog phone will connected to fxs card and this phone is configured in vicidial server.
when any agent is login then the phone start ringing and all the incoming/outgoing call will be done by analog phone.
am i right or wrong ? please explain..

i am vary thankfull, if you please elaborate little more about remote agent functionality.i read manger manual and search net for this but not getting the functionality.

yes you are right

for 20 analog extensions, better go with fxs gateway as it will be cheaper than cards...
