i have cluster install in my system .
i make a outbound context with the name 'outcalling' and change the context of my SIP phone as outcalling in SIP-vicidial.conf, it work fine but very next day when ever I start my server, the context of my SIP phone change automatically to default.

Vicidial rewrites that conf file itself. Any manual changes will be lost. You should use the per server/global custom or carrier dialplan settings in the web admin do set your contexts up.
