Hello Everyone,
My Configration is :
ViciBox5.i686-5.0.3.preload |VERSION: 2.10-448a BUILD: 140706-0927 | asterisk-1.8.3 | Single Server |4 port allo gsm card | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3450 CPU @ 3.10GHz
i fallow cluster install in vicidial.
i make a inbound campaign and able to take inbound call through
did-->callmenu-->ingroup--> agent screen.
inbound working fine.
but when i want to park the call using park call button on agent screen,the call did not go on hold.
though i set park music-on-hold option as default in campaign.
and music on hold context also as default in inbound group.
please help me to find out the problem, why i am not able to park the call.
thank you..!!!

Please copy paste your asterisk verbose log output when you are trying to park the call

Thank for quick reply ivschakravarthi;
Actually when my call goes to agent screen(sales group) by pressing 1 in ivr,till here my asterisk verbose show output:
[Aug 6 01:04:50] DTMF[6210]: channel.c:4109 __ast_read: DTMF end '1' received on GSM/2, duration 90 ms
[Aug 6 01:04:50] DTMF[6210]: channel.c:4178 __ast_read: DTMF end passthrough '1' on GSM/2
[Aug 6 01:04:57] WARNING[6251]: res_agi.c:3923 deadagi_exec: DeadAGI has been deprecated, please use AGI in all cases!
and call launch to sales group. but when i tried to park call, no log shows in asterisk verbose.
simply "park call" button changed to "grab park call" in agent screen.
when i click park call, after 10 second their is an message of call hangup shows on the agent screen but agent and customer remains connected and they able to talk each other.
Anybody please help me to solve this problem..
