Minimum hardware requirements for 50 agents

I am going to setup a call center for maximum 50 agents which get calls via E1 line from other office. Please help me on proper hardware reqirement for vicidial server.

only inbound?
or
predective dialling.?


Dual Quad core intel xeon 3.x GHtz ,8GB ram 500 GB HD . will be a right server for 50 agent inbound or 1:1 autodialling. manualdialling

is all-in-one server enough or we need multiple servers ?

How many channels do you have on that E1 link? If it's 50 or less ... one server is plenty if that's the only source of calls.
