Carrier set-up in Multi Server enviroment

I need to run a single outbound campaign with 60 agents, I have created 20 agent on each dialler and all 60 agents able to login on this campaign, my question in related to carrier how I need to set-up carrier in this environment? PRIs are terminated on a single voice gateway; do I need to set-up SIP trunks with voice gateway from all 3 dialler? How campaign will handle the predictive dialling in this scenario.
