Setting a costum number

Hello everyone!
I am using vicidial and eyebeam for my business, but I wanted to know how can the number that is displayed in the clients phones when I call them. I want to set a custom number, if it is possible.
Any help would be appreciated!
Also, when I log in as a Administrator, in the Administrator panel, I can see only Reports, not the other setting. I am having problems to see my agents in call and to monitor them. I read here you have to change the settings in user settings in the administration panel, but this panel shows only the Reports.

To Fix Admin Panel:
Please make sure your user have User Level=9 and User Group should be admin, you can verify/change it from mysql DB (table_name=vicidial_users)

Outbound Caller ID:
Option 1: In Campaign Settings you can set required caller ID in Campaign CallerID field.
Option 2: You can set outgoing caller ID through your dial pattern. As shown in following example.
exten => _192X.,1,Set(CALLERID(num)=13103375123)
exten => _192X.,n,NoOp(${CALLERID(num)})
exten => _192X.,n,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _192X.,n,Dial(SIP/TPSIPTrunk/0${EXTEN:3},,To)
exten => _192X.,n,Hangup()

Caller ID will only work if your carrier allow you to overload it.
