Agents name not displayed (Admin)

Hello!
I am having a problem - my agents are not displayed in the Report session, in order to listen to them (monitor). When I log in as a Administrator, in the Administrator panel, I can see only Reports, not the other setting. I am having problems to see my agents in call and to monitor them. I read here you have to change the settings in user settings in the administration panel, but this panel shows only the Reports.
