Hi,
Can anyone help me? I'm trying to set up a campaign that receives calls to a specific DID, and doesn't receive calls to other DID's. I can create in-groups and give the users the option to select the correct inbound groups, but I don't want to have to rely on the users selecting the inbound groups, I want the campaign they are in at the time to determine what inbound calls they get. I'm probably missing something stupid here but any help would be appreciated!
Cheers

In Campaign select only the specific Ingroup from which you want to receive inbound calls.
(Allowed Inbound Groups:)
