Call Routing Error

Postby rayz01 » Sat Oct 04, 2014 6:32 am

Hello all,

I am facing problem with routing inbound calls.

DID is routed to In-Group and agents who are selected for that In-group are logged in.

When a caller dials to my PRI, it is flashed in Go-autodial administration page that- 1 call(s) in incoming queue.
but caller hears that "Your call is very important to us, please wait while we transfer your call to next available agent".
and its its never flashed in agents page nor it gets transfered to them.

How do I route it properly??

Here is what it is seen in CLi

First of all, you do not mention whoch version of Vici/GOAuto you are using nor the installation method. I'd recommend you to post that up before going any further.

Second, you don't have defined a [default] music on hold, you need to check that in your system.

Third, you need to post the "agiout.* " log to see why your system cannot launch did 9 on your system.

Lets start there....

Did you configured your inbound setup properly

1. Campaign with Allow Inbound and Blended = Y
2. In same campaign did you selected your INgroups ie: Allowed Ingroups
3. in User modify page select agent choose ingroup...=Y
