How many seconds do your agents wait from one call to another?
Is there a main value?

Really depends of the quality of the leads you have.

plus the factor of your voip provider plus your dial timeout plus the dial level.

yeh when quality is bad i set hge dial ration but when quality is good i reduce it to make sure theres less drop percent . you should have good bandwith for lot of calls though .
