Vicidial Play Audio

HI guys,

Is it possible like when an agent are on call with a customer and after with the discussion and get positive notes of customer, the agent can pass the call to an IVR that play audio music (Thank you for answering the calls) then hangup. or possible an agent can play an audio (Thank you for answering the calls) and leave the call a nd teh after audio is played it will just hangup also. Any idea guys..?? Thanks

@DomeDan,

Thanks for the reply. yes possible with soundboard and avatar, but it think the avatar concept is to big since i only need a closing audio where thanks for calling then after, gets hangup or timeout every end of the calls, any chance other approach can work on this, aside form implementing avatar. only just one audio at the end of conversation, that's all it takes.

then modify the dialplan to play a message before the Hangup()

@DomeDan,

Can you point on what Dialplan in particular..? since the agent login as meetme conference when dialing, where to i put the entry of play the audio somehow, what part. Thanks
