vicidial.org

We have 10 Agents taking inbound in Vicidial.We have problem is the few recordings i.e call are getting recorded but in some calls few words is missing.It's not happening for all calls but out of 30 calls we face such issue in 5-7 calls.Its happening for random users.

Any advise is highly appreciated.

Vicidial version : 2.4rc2 | Ram:8 GB | Model :Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU

Usage :
Memory: 8137932k total, 7605692k used, 532240k free, 143176k buffers
Swap: 15625212k total, 840k used, 15624372k free, 6200004k cached

Overloaded system would be my guess,
monitor the load of the server when this happens, can be seen in real-time main report "System Load Average"
what recording settings are you using?
