Fresh install doesn't call phone after login

i'm try to vicidial got work but unsussesfully.
I'm install centOS 6.5 and vicidial from scratch (version 2.10b0.5) everything work in apparence, but when i login the agent in web interface the server doesn't call the phone.
the CLI not produce verbose only sendcron messages are logged in.
someone have idea?
please is very important.
