conference transfer

I've read the manager manual and the agent manual. Tried many different things and searches.

I'm trying to 3-way call using presets. I can add all the presets and choose them. But the Blind Transfer, Dial With Customer, and Park Customer Dial buttons do not show up so I cannot dial after choosing the preset number.

I have several numbers I need to choose from so I cannot only use the custom 3-way transfer button. I must be missing something simple but cannot find anything on how to fix this.

Check the user group settings, those buttons may be set to disabled.

Thank you Matt! This is fantastic software, appreciate everything you guys do. I have purchased a couple manuals a while ago, I know it's not much but I know it's a way of helping out.
