Hello,
Please let me know how can we hide showcutomphones tab or disable option in Rial time report.

In the user's profile, under ADMIN REPORT OPTIONS, you'll find what you're looking for. You should purchase the manual, I'm pretty sure this is in there along with all sorts of other goodies.

Go to respective User's Profile..
Under ADMIN REPORT OPTIONS
Realtime Block User Info: 0
Done.
