Hello,
Is ERI a default system status? It is nor showing under STATUSES WITHIN THIS SYSTEM
The Managers manual shows ERI as Agent Error
I do get the ERI in the the List as a code and just ERI shows as a dial able status in some campaigns.
Can I add it back under STATUSES WITHIN THIS SYSTEM: without causing a problem?

ERI means the agent closed their session without dispositioning that call. If you want to call leads like that back, then you can add it as a system status.
