Hi,

We are using Goautodial 3.0 RC1 version and Manual dialing enabled. (Vicidial version: 2.4-364a)

There are one, two, or more calls has been recorded in one single file. Its like they merge into one file. Its been very difficult for our team to do Quality check and other works

Guide me to solve this issue.

This is an old version of Vicidial. I would first suggest upgrading to at least version 2.11 or the latest svn/trunk.

your server load maybe high thats why you are getting this aside from an outdated version
