Hopper time is showing wrong

Dear Guru's

in hopper list we are getting GMT as -5.50, we want to change GMT from -5.50 to +5.50, How do we change..

Since its showing different GMT last call time is showing Last Call Time wrong..

I don't think you can edit that in Vicidial once the list has been loaded (but I could be wrong on that!). You could however edit those values directly in MySQL, but that will look weird: adjusting the timezone would only impact future calls, so existing call times would still be off. It might also have some unexpected results; if you're going to go play in MySQL, grab a backup of your DB first and test the backup in a lab. Can't be too safe!

*EDIT*

Not sure what sort of campaign you're running, but if you deem it appropriate you could just reload the list with the right timezone and start over. You'll of course lose lead statuses and such in doing so since the reloaded list would effectively be new leads as far as Vicidial is concerned.

Where can i change GMT in database? I tried change in vicidial_phone_codes table but its not helping.

Can't recall the name off the top of my head, think it was vicidial_list . It's the table that contains all your leads. When you run the query, make sure you add an appropriate "where" clause as that table contains all leads from all lists. Also, if you haven't already, you'll want to start by restoring your backup to undo damage to the phone_codes table.

Finally i have found the solution

Solution for GMT issue - have to insert phone code in vicidial_list table for all leads, then un /usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_adjust_GMTnow_on_leads.pl --debug
