DROP status in Agent

Hi All,

Good day! Just want to ask if you encounter issue on the call details in agent stats that shows DROP but answered by the agent? As far as i know it should be VDCL (Inbound No Agent) for inbound campaign. Is it possible to have this kind of scenario? It is not on a daily basis but it is encountered once or twice in a month.

Appreciate for a feedback.

I don't know for sure, but I always thought that was agents login out just as a call was being routed to them. If you wanted to take a closer look, the AGI logs for those calls should have some interesting output. Personally, I just tell my clients to ignore them, so few of them.
