New Leads

CPU:-Corei 3 m330 2.13ghz
RAM:-4GB

I am facing 2 problem after every two months. First is when i upload lead set in vicidial. After all leads numbers are dialed it mark status of few number to new lead. Second is some calls are not recorded properly. It shows size of calls recording 44 kb. Please help me.
