Calculation of total Pause time

Hi experts,

Is there a way I can calculate total pause time separately (agent pause time during the calls which I think system puts automatically + time when agent clicked on the pause button manually and resume it). Kindly help in understanding this.

You would need to pull that from the vicidial_agent_log table directly and parse those records yourself since a report to do that does not exist yet.
