Pause Time Exceed when Emergeny Log out From Realtime Screen

As i am checking if i click on pause or pause code and gone outside for taking break,For example at 4 clock.
And if some one will log me out (EMERGENCY LOG AGENT OUT) from RealTime Screen,at For example at 4:30.
When i come in and check the browser it show me as [Logout] in middle of screen when i click [Logout] at 5 clock.It make me Logout from that session.
So as the pause second should be shown in Agent Performance Detail as 1800 sec ,Since i was Logout by admin at 4:30.
But it is showing me as 3600 sec,It is showing me the time consumed till when i came there and manually clicked [Logout].
Please help me how can i slow these problem show that i can get proper pause time detail report.
