Hi, I am having one weird issue, my agents are reporting that sometimes they get conferences with two callers at the same time. One agent and two customers in one call. I am astonished how this is possible, can you help / explain this please??

That is usually caused by high system or database load, or an issue with the network or agent workstation.

Seconded on the high system/db load and/or extremely high telephony load in general (like a large volume of calls per server, for example).
I'm not sure if some of the adjustable settings make this any more bearable on a telephony. Lately I've been having some minor issues with my larger scale clients and either their telephony server loads spiking or if not, the databases. -_- Has not been fun tracking down.

I am continually monitoring my database+web server load and it doesn't go above 2.0. Server is INTEL DUAL CPU quad core each, server cpu info given below
processor :1 to 7
vendor_id : GenuineIntel
cpu family : 6
model : 23
model name : Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5420 @ 2.50GHz
stepping : 10
microcode : 0xa0b
cpu MHz : 2500.010
Almost 125 agents on this server. I need some direction to solve this issue. How it could be related with network or agent workstation, what are the causes / solutions if this problem is due to network / agent work station??
Thanks for your help
