We are experiencing HUGE problems.
Reps are being paused and calls are being dropped mid calls! Can we have some correspondence for a solution please!

Without any details about your system it is impossible to help.
Most likely you are experiencing Database congestion, if your dialer has been working for over a year or more without maintenance, logs grow to extent where system has trouble getting things done on time.
I recommend you get someone to look at your database.
