Inbound calls goes in waiting but agent is available

Hi,

i have

VERSION: 2.12-518a
BUILD: 151104-1518

its a scratch installation. i have added my DID number and everything done for inbound calls. My agent is ready to take call but inbound calls are going in waiting. I have set allow inbound blended as y and allow closer as N.. Please help me

Is the campaign set to allow that in_group?
Is the agent selecting that in_group when they log in?
Is the in_group set to Active?
When the call
goes in waiting
, what does the caller hear?

This is what the manual is for. Open the Free version of the Manager's Manual (available on eflo.net, right next to the MUCH better paid version). Start at page 1. Do not skip anything until everything you want to work actually does.

Of course, if this is a scratch installation it could very well be that the system itself simply is not properly installed. I recommend using the Vicibox .iso installer instead. Especially on your first install. Save a lot of headache. Why are you installing the hard way on your first server? (Kinda like building a car so you can drive it ... would that be safe without previous knowledge of how to build a car? Would it be fast? Would the cup-holders actually get installed? LOL)
