can someone help me im tired to ask a provider to remote acces when i configure a new trunk
is it obligatory to change the "callerid" in the trunk configuration?
also what is the standard trunk configuration works for all providers?
and sorry for my english language my mother tongue is french!!!

i would test to call in paris! when i configure in my softphone the provider ID(login password, ip address) it work!but when i try the autodial i have that kind of message that ni showed you!

Were you able to resolve this?

Using straight VOIP settings on your Softphone what are the numbers being dialed. With this we can formulate the dial plan on Vicidial Carrier
