What is Difference between VICIDIAL and ASTGUIClient.....plz elaborate .....

VICIDIAL is a call center application suite.

astGUIclient is for corporate phone system usage to extend the functionality of the end-user's phone through a web interface.

I was understanding like VICIDIAL is responsible for everything related to call. and Astguiclient is agent side interface..................But u changed my whole view......Sir plz can u briefly describe the whole operation of this full System in few lines.......bcoz may be I am wrong in some other concept also..........waiting for reply.......
