Hi..

We installed vicidial on centos 6.4 and we are facing problem in manual dial... In manual dial if customer disconnects the calls, then real time agent status is showing INCALL only... actually it should shown has DEAD.

when we check for predictive dialling and inbound calls there is no such kind of issues..

In manual dial when customer hang up the calls it will show "Running DeadAGI on a live channel will cause problems, please use AGI"

Requesting you guys please help me to resolve this issue .

1) The name of the software is "Vicidial". Astguiclient is the prior name which was changed (8?) years ago (LOL).
2) You posted your Vicidial version (2.11) but not the FULL version and you skipped the build number completely. The FULL version With Build is required for free support on this forum.
3) You presented your OS, but not your installation method which may be directly related: If you used a version of goautodial, please list it. If you installed manually please include a link to the instructions you used so anyone else with this issue may be brought to your post for help in the future (and perhaps we can petition the host of those instructions to fix them!).
4) You are using a fairly old version of Vicidial which has since had many bug fixes and upgrades. It would be wise to upgrade to the latest SVN/Development version (or perhaps test this in a Sandbox server with the latest version) before trying to "fix" this bug which may already be fixed. Instructions for upgrade are in /usr/src/astguiclient/trunk in a document named UPGRADE for your convenience (if your installation created this folder as it should, of course).
5) Does this affect PRI channels only, or does the same thing happen in SIP/IAX2 channels as well (or do you not have any of these to test?)
