Hi everyone, I am trying to get report from Agent time detail report but it is not working only for one specific month. If I take report before and after this month all is fine but when I try to retrieve report for Jan, 2016 it just stucks as screen shot given below:



I checked the database with mysqlcheck and it is fine. Any idea please?

Hello everyone, I fixed the issue. Allowed memory got exhausted so I had to increase the allowed memory in php.ini from 128 to 256MB.
