Hi Team,

Is it possible to use SQl filter in autodial call which we can use in Lead Filter option in User section to assign call to agent according to filter.
For Example:
We need to setup autodial, where two user A and B login to same campaign xyz.
Where User A can only call STATE=AA,BB,DD
and
Where User B can only call STATE=AA,CC

Below is my system configuration:
Asterisk Version:Asterisk 1.8.23.0-vici
Vicidial Version:VERSION: 2.12-514a

User Lead filters ONLY work with manual dialing when your campaign is set to No-Hopper dialing. It will NOT work with auto-dialing.

That would be a resounding NO.

The purpose of a Campaign is for agents to share leads. If the agents will not be sharing leads, they can not be in the same campaign.

Split the leads, put each agent in their own campaign with lists for that agent (or group of agents).

Think of it this way: If the campaign makes several calls for leads, and the agent for those leads is busy ... what does it do with those calls? Drop them. Never should have made those calls in the first place. Thus the "Filter" is for which calls to DIAL. These decisions must be made before the calls are dialed ... and the only way to do that is to segregate your agents in some way ... like a Campaign. 8-)

Thanks mflorell and williamconley...
Currently we are following the same step which you have explained above.
