What i might be lacking on my setup, please anyone somehow have idea why i can only upload leads Text-Tab delimited

You have one version listed in your signature and another in this post. Did you upgrade the server or is this a fresh install?

When in doubt, always consider a quick SVN upgrade to see if there was a bug at the moment of your install.

When CSV fails, try loading a single record (or 10?) instead of the entire file. Also good to keep a sampler file handy for quick testing ... in case it's just your file format screwing up. Even if the sampler file is just a header record and a single lead ... just to be sure.
