New admin change "highlight changes" feature

Just added a new feature in svn/trunk to the Admin Change Detail page that will highlight the changes that were made compared to the previous change in the log. Here's a screenshot,

I got tired of copying Campaign update SQL strings into WinMerge to see what changed, and I finally sat down and figured out how to add it this weekend. It's one of those things that we've been thinking about adding for years but never got around to. Should save a lot of troubleshooting time going forward
