Park Call - can I hear customer while MOH is playing?

Hi.
Now, Park Call from Agent Panel is working like this:
- when we press Park Call, our customer is hearing MOH sound and we are not hearing anything
- when we depressed Park Call we can talk to costomer normally
Is it possible to change this behavior to this?:
- when we press Park Call, our customer is hearing MOH sound and we are are hearing what costomer is saying (customer does not necessary need to hear our voice)
- when we depressed Park Call we can talk to costomer normally
I need this function to play sound file (1 file) to customer, while still able to hear the customer.
