Hi everyone i would like to integrate Salesforce into Vicidial, i tried to use an iframe but it's blank ... does anyone have a better solution ??

Salesforce can be difficult to work with. They have 6 different types of accounts, and over a dozen different APIs, and most of their accounts are limited on how many "transactions" you can execute within them. There is no single popup solution that works with all of their account types, so you will need to figure out what kind of account you have, and what APIs are available for it.

And it you want some advice: Switch to vTiger or SugarCRM CE. Your cost for the first year may be roughly the same (with customizaton and integration costs included), but after that ... it's free.

If you're a capable IT person, your cost is only your time (nothing out of pocket).
