3-way when another agent in Dead Call Status

Hi All,
Good day!
I just observe that on the upgraded version, whenever there is an Inbound Calls and there is a DEAD call status the calls that after when answered by another agent it will display 3-Way and not Incall. The status of the DEAD agent will also change to 3-Way? Is this a bug?
