You are going to have to be more specific in your question, and provide more details as to how your system is set up and what kind of hardware you are on.

i have cofigure 2 Port DGM card and configure Vicibox and create 2 campaign. If we are doing manual calling the recording is completely done and when we are calling via the campaign the recordings are not being comepleted.

For one, this belongs in SUPPORT, not GENERAL.

Second, you have not listed the versions you are using.

Third, you have not included any Asterisk CLI output, or settings on the campaigns you are having problems with.

Fourth, your title is misleading, this appears to have nothing to do with the size of your recordings.
