We have installed vicidial 2.11 version on centos 6.5. We installed vicidial from scratch. We need to know about bellow requirement.
There is a one lead_id with uploaded data details. First time when call connected we put the comment according to that lead. When same lead dial once again previous comments or data displayed on agent panel. If we updated that information with existing information its updated in db. After that same lead dial once again we are able to see last updated information by agent.

If we want to show last two times information which was updated by agent. How can we accomplish it?

We are using custom form. We are using custom form for all the require details. We need same feature in custom form.

Please advice for same.

That is not an option within the custom fields form tab.
