Hi

In all vicidial installation, the file sound 0001_conf.gsm is always in, and it's the default sound for MOH.
Can I use this ? Who has copyright for this music ?
We receive call from France, and the SCPA (Société Civile des Producteurs Associés) says that we can't play this sound in MOH without their agreement ! So can someone confirm it's totally free, and give me a link that confirm it ?

It's the same piece by the same composer, but that is NOT the same recording. The conf.gsm file comes from Digium and was actually included in all versions of Asterisk as a default sound up until Asteirsk 1.8. It is royalty free around the world.
