System delay dialing manual

there is a huge delay with both the connection and the disengage of calls, this in turn presents errors such as on hangup after dispo it still states that the call is active/live, live call on screen without agent dialing new number, when you press dial next number it states: system delay - code: 74776-1-0,
I wanna know where I must check the logs or where are the logs to check this.
