Help need regarding VICIDIAL webclient integration

Help need regarding VICIDIAL webclient integration with EyeBeam.
Actually we have installed ViCiDial on our server. Now when I logged in to EyeBeam with my phone login than its ok. I can make call through EyeBeam. After logged in to EyeBeam, I logged in to webclient, and than I received a call on EyeBeam, I accepted it, but when I click on "Dial next Number", it dials the number provided by lead, call goes through but I won't hear anything, but I am sure that call has been made, becuase the control panel given to me by my VoIP provider shows that call has been made and certain amount has been deducted.
Can anyone help me with this. Why I am getting this problem?
