No live calls on manual

when I click manual call its suppose to say live call in green on the right top side, I'm only getting the ring STATUS: Calling: (646)517-8299 UID: M2071702020000243283 Waiting for Ring... 22 secondsI' and the transfers bottoms dont show up becuse its not a live call. I trid in another vicidial previuos vicidial version ViciBox v.7.0.0-160119 and works without problems.
