Hello,
I'm running Vicidial VERSION: 2.9-441a width goAutodial 3.3 CE x64
When an agent sets a personal callback (my callback only), the same lead comes back to another agent as if it was a DROP or NA. I checked the lead in phpMyAdmin, in vicidial_callbacks table and the lead was there and set to USERONLY.
Now how could this happen and several times?
For the lead recycling I'm not setting the callbacks to come back.

1) Stop using lead recycling at all. This feature is usually the problem if there is a problem and it's on. Don't believe me? Turn it off for a day and see if the problem goes away! Lead recycling is a currently unused module that was originally designed ONLY for calling back "busy" leads in a couple minutes. Any other use will cause ... bad things (like you are describing) eventually.
2) Callbacks are NOT to be autodialed. If you have set the callbacks to be autodialed, you found your problem. Take the callbacks out of the "dial status" list on the Campaign. Callbacks are MANUAL dial only. This requires allowing the agents to manual dial, of course. Read the Vicidial Manager's Manual available (free and paid versions) on EFLO.net.
