Three-wall call delay and lags with TPV

Hi!
I am having a lag and delay when I do three-way conference. I am calling a TPV for approving sales but when the call is out this has delay , glitch with TPV , and lagging.
The strange thing is that comunication with customer is fine just with TPV is lagging.
They recommend me to use SIP to SIP comunication with this TPV but I dont know how to do it with my ViciBox

Any cluees or any help ?

For SIP-to-SIP you will need the credentials from the TPV provider, which you will put into a Carrier entry for one of your servers in VICIdial.
