ASR and ACD from Vicidial

Hi!

We are planning to switch telco for some of our routes. May I know how can we get our daily ASR/ACD from Vicidial/Asterisk?

We are running the following version of Vicidial

VERSION: 2.14-636a
BUILD: 171011-1450

Take a look at
Outbound Calling Report

Average Call Duration would be:
---------- TOTALS
Total Calls placed from this Campaign: XXXX
Average Call Length for all Calls in seconds: 16.62


and for ASR calculation it is in this example here:
100 % - 61.82 % = 38.18 % ASR rate
---------- NO ANSWERS
Total NA calls -Busy,Disconnect,RingNoAnswer: 10000 61.82%
Total auto NA calls -system-set : 10000
Total manual NA calls -agent-set : 0
Average Call Length for NA Calls in seconds : 0


But remember these values are not 100 % reliable (but almost)
