On-hook Agent Blind Transfer issue

Hi Team,

Greetings.

We are facing issue while transferring call through blind transfer from agent1 to agent2. only softphone ringing on agent2, call not landing on agent desk. Both Agent is using on-hook mode.
"Dial With Customer" is working perfectly without any issue.


Below is my Vicidial Details :

VERSION: 2.12-502a
BUILD: 150728-1048
OS : CentOS 6

Please provide step-by-step instructions for exactly how these agents are receiving calls and how you are attempting to perform these transfers.
