Hi,
I just learned how to set up broadcast campaigns using remote agent and recorded messages. I understand these campaigns are commonly used to remind customers of appointments or inform a group about something changed or new. I’m curious what vicidial users on the forum use broadcast campaigns for. I’m in fundraising, and I was thinking this type campaign might work well to call a client list and leave a name and number for them to call back. Anyone have experience with doing this?
Thanks much for the support. I installed vicibox for the first time in March 2016, so Ive been using vicidial for almost 2 years, and I am still amazed by everything its capable of doing and all its features. And for it to be open source and freely downloadable is a miracle)))
